
Restaurant Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Russell's Thai Tapas. By dining with us, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Online Booking Limit
Online bookings are accepted for groups of up to 10 people only. For bookings of 11 or more, please call the restaurant directly on 01244 294443 to make a reservation.
2. Card Details Required to Confirm Booking
Your booking will only be confirmed once you have provided valid credit or debit card details using the secure link sent to your email. Until card details are added, your booking will remain unconfirmed and may be released.

3. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
A charge of £5 per person will be automatically applied to your card if you fail to attend your booking without prior notice. To avoid this fee, cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

4. Booking Confirmation Email
After submitting your initial booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided. This email contains the secure link to add your card details. Please check your Inbox and Junk/Spam folders if you do not see the email.

5. Table Return Time
By confirming your booking, you agree to the table return time specified by the restaurant. This allows us to accommodate all our guests in a timely manner. If you require extra time, please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

6. Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or change your reservation, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee £5 per person. Cancellations for pre-ordered meals may also incur a cancellation fee.

7. Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, please notify the restaurant as soon as possible. Your table may be held for up to 15 minutes after your reservation time, after which it may be given to another party.

8. Special Requests
If you have any dietary restrictions or special requests, please notify the restaurant when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

9. Payment
All prices are in British pound sterling (£) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due at the end of your meal. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as specified by the restaurant.

10. Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages will only be served to customers aged 18 or over, in compliance with UK law. proof of age may be required; acceptable forms of ID include a passport or UK driving licence. Our restaurant operates a Challenge 25 policy. If you appear under the age of 25, you will be asked to provide valid proof of age before being served alcohol.

11. Right to Refuse Service
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with the terms and conditions outlined above. Also, any act of violence will NOT be tolerated. Anyone giving verbal abuse or sexual harassment towards our customers or our staffs will be asked to leave the premises

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The restaurant reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Please check the restaurant's website or contact us directly for the most up-to-date information.

13. Security & Data Protection
All card information is processed securely through a certified payment provider. We do not store card details directly. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless you are part of a group of 5+ or in the case of a no-show as outlined above.
