E-Gift Voucher

Term & Conditions 

1. Validity: This e-gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiry date is noted on the voucher. Expired vouchers will not be accepted and cannot be extended or reissued.

2. Redemption: The voucher is redeemable for dine-in services only at Russell's Thai Tapas. It must be presented (printed or digital) at the time of payment.

3. Single Use Only: This voucher must be used in full in a single transaction. Any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward or refunded.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: The voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. It will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

5. Right to Refuse: Thai Baan reserves the right to refuse any voucher that appears tampered with, duplicated, or suspected of fraud.

6. Requirement: Reservations are recommended to guarantee a table. Please mention the voucher when booking.
